💥 About Me – Coach Tex💥

My name is Andrew Teixeira — but you can call me Tex.

I’m the founder of Flex With Tex, a remote training program designed to help people transform their bodies and lives through structure, support, and strategy.

But before I became a coach, I was just like many of my clients — frustrated with how I looked, unsure of what to do in the gym, and constantly starting over. I learned the hard way that you can’t outwork a bad plan — and that results don’t come from trying harder, they come from doing it smarter.

That’s what Flex With Tex is all about.

 

What I Believe

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither is coaching.
Whether your goal is losing 30 pounds, building lean muscle, or finally staying consistent, I build a plan around you. Every workout. Every meal suggestion. Every check-in. It’s all custom.
